Sending your parcel is free, simple and secure. We pay for and insure every parcel you send up to €300, and we can increase your insurance up to €10,000 at no extra cost. You can send your box to us by using the prepaid postage labels in your postage kit. We include two prepaid postage labels and stickers containing the sender's details. After packing your box, please affix a postage label and a sticker containing the sender's details to the outside, then take your box to any Post office or post drop-off point. We will assess your items as soon as your box arrives at our Dutch-based facility.
We hope this never happens but if your items are damaged, we will handle any claim on your behalf. Your parcel is insured for up to €300 as standard. However, if you believe your items are worth more, we can raise your insurance up to €10,000.
A vintage advisor will either call or message you with an offer once we've valued your items. You’ll get an explanation of the offer and an opportunity to ask any questions.
We're a no obligation service. If the offer isn’t right for you, you’re free to decline, and we’ll return all your items completely free of charge. It’s a risk-free way to find out what your valuables might be worth.
In the free postage pack you will receive an informational brochure with details about our company and useful tips on how to increase the value of the vintage items you send us. You will also receive a shipping label to attach to your package.
The only thing you’ll need to do is find a box to pack your items. The starter kit should arrive within 7 business days.
The shipping label we send is valid for 28 days from the registration date on the website. We recommend sending your vintage items within this period.

Arcavindi relies on external couriers to ship the starter kits. Normally the kit arrives within 7 business days. If it does not arrive, it is likely that there has been a delay or an issue with the courier.
If you still haven’t received the kit after 10 business days, contact us by phone: 08000200076. We will check the shipping status and, if necessary, send you a new kit free of charge.
After evaluating your items, you will receive an offer within 7 business days. If you accept the offer, payment will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN you provide, within 24 hours of acceptance.
Please make sure the IBAN entered is correct to avoid delays in receiving payment.
After ordering the starter shipping kit from our website, it should arrive within 7 business days. If it does not arrive after 10 business days, contact us to receive a replacement. The label is valid for 28 days from the date of registration on the site. Once your items have arrived, we will evaluate them and send you an offer within 7 business days. If you accept, you will receive payment within 24 hours. If you decline the offer, we will return your package completely free of charge.
